Reader Reviews This makes some gooooooooooooooood jerky. That is if you like your jerky spicy. I like to mix this with original flavor. I make 3 lbs. of jerky at a time. I use I pack of Hot and Spicy and 2 packs of original flavor. That gives me the spicy flavor I love without totaly setting my mouth on fire.
