Reader Reviews This spice was just as easy as all the other nesco jerky spice kits. Usually when something is marketed as hot and spicy, it's not really all that hot or spicy... but this is. It has a very good flavor to go along with the spice. The heat is not over bearing, but it is there, and it is good.
